Once you change to Wizard you'll still want to farm in roughly the same spots for a little bit until you get enough job levels to flesh out a few of your spells.

Stat Priority: You're still going to want to be aiming for ~~99Int~~/Dex at this point, you should get them both to 99 around level 100ish. After you've achieved both 99 Int/Dex you have two choices, you can either put points into Vit for survivability or you can put points into Agi for more DPS. Vit gives you more health and Agi gives you global cooldown reduction, which allows you to cast spells quicker. Agi does not reduce cast time, but it does allow you to fit more spells in a shorter amount of time.

Your end game stats are going to be up to you, but you should aim for 99 Int / Dex and either Vit / Agi for the rest, or any combination of the two that you feel comfortable with. I would suggest going Vit for soloing though, as it just makes things easier and allows you to survive longer.
