As Bunny mentioned in the Scout Discord channel. Thanks to their testing Oak Bow, Windstrider armor set, Archer's Bead and Crimsons Crest are considered end game gear. So it's best when farming to get the best 322 stats & their modifiers.
Skills Priority: | |||
Auto Strafe = Precision Aim = Steady Hands = Strafing Volley = Increased Recovery
Volatile Bolt - Lv 10 - AOE quick casting skill. All of the damage is instant.
Arrow Shower - Lv 10 - AOE DOT skill
Mark Target - Lv 5 - for those stubborn elite monsters
Flee - Lv ? - Just make sure you're at or close to 95% dodge rate. I use it at lv 4.
Force Shot - Optional, for farming I leave this at lv 1 just for utility
Slow Trap - Optional, for farming I leave this at lv 1 just for utility
Sniper's Nest - Lv 5 - Optional, for boss fights if you have a tank
Increased Health - If i have any extra points i just shove it in here.
Gems, in order of priority:
Strafing Volley - Windy Desert (Lv 21-25)
Volatile Bolt - Underground Cavern (Lv 86-90)
Arrow Shower - Abyss Castle Keep (Lv 101-105)
Force Shot - Goblin Cave (Lv 51-55)
If you have the Bloodfang or Soulfang gem, replace Force Shot.

* | *Unlike other classes, you may find it difficult to farm monsters your level. Up to level 120, i was farming Forgotten Depths trying to get the perfect Archer's Bead and Boss summons.
*Fairy Glen (Lv 31 - 35) - Oak bow is comparable to the end game bow which is Wraith of Dawn. If you get Range Damage % and Crit Damage % imo i wouldn't farm for the Wraith of Dawn
*Forgotten Depths (Lv 46-55) - Great place to farm since the mob density is very high. You can get many of archer's gear here. Drooping Bat, Archer's Bead, Bat Lord Boss Summon for Bat Lord card & Soulfang Gem.
*Swamp Wilderness (61-65) - Purely EXP grind spot, great mob density
*Sanctum of Light (Lv 81-85) - Purely EXP grind spot, The 2nd room has great mob density.
*Underground Cavern (Lv 86-90) - Bloom Card & Nightfang Stud
*Dark Forest (Lv 96 - 100) - If you're up for it, this area will drop your end game Artifact (Corporeal Set). You can also look out for Voidthreads for an alternative endgame build (Precision Plate + Voidthreads + Direwolf Shoes)

Build explanation: | |||
All of the gear listed below are obtainable through farming certain maps in this level range. However, some of the recommended cards are a lot more difficult to obtain, and are technically optional.
Death Mage card - Gives you cloaking lv1, this is a boss card that you'll most likely buy from another player. It's basically a get out of jail free card. Completely optional, but if you don't like dying this would be your best bet (or get good at rolling). While waiting to get this card, you can just use another horror card (crit dmg).
Bat Lord Card - +3 MP on hit, this is also a boss card. Killing the bat lord is possible with practice. This card is all you need if you have mp regen skill passive maxed. In the mean time you can wear the Drooping Bat for your MP needs.
Mosquito Stinger Card - Lv 5 Haste, Very QOL. Optional. If you're looking to solo i would run this card. If you have buddies that can buff you on the regular you don't need this card. If you're having troubles finding this card you can also use Phantom Mask however you'll won't have HP leech and this specific item doesn't give you a card slot.
Alternatives: | |||
Accessory - Nightfang Stud (HP Leech), can replace Death's Grin with Runeborn Visor
Advancing this build to end game would be:
Corporeal Artifact set > Archangel Card on weapon (replacing range dmg %)
Bloodfang gem > replace Death's Grin with Runeborn Visor
Precision Gauntlet > replaces one of the archer beads (Keep the bat lord card)
Alternative End Game Build:
Precision chest, Precision Legs, Precision Shoes, Bronze Plugs (Batlord + lv 5 Haste) OR Archers bead w/ Bat lord card
This build is more comfortable, more HP, more Deff, more Move spd. However does less damage than the Windstrider set.

You can actually auto attack while using other skills like Strafing Volley. Click the enemy before you use any skills, auto attacking also triggers Auto Strafe.
