Template Instructions
In order to use this template on a new page, simple paste the below part into any new page, and it will add the formatting and make it look pretty.
Template:MainPageBox
- The PageImage will be at the very top of the page, above the title. If no image is selected it will be left blank.
- The PageHeader will be the title of the page.
- The PageText is where all information on the page will go. Note that you can also add other templates into this page.
An example of what a filled out form should look like:
