Update 0.8.0 - Vending

Vending System
- Buy/Sell shop (2 tabs)
- Can Buy & Sell 20 items per shop
- Can open 2 shops per account
- Can't vend near NPCs, Waypoints and Portals
- Should be unique per server
New Town Map @Polliwagon
- Wayferer's Landing (Port Town)
- Enter from Mystic Lake
New Fairy Glen Map Revamp @Polliwagon
Fixes/Improvements
- Absolution no longer works on non-partied players
- WW attack lock no longer scaled by Status Duration
- Buff/Debuff duration now affected by the caster's Status Duration, not the receiver
- Fixed a bunch of issues with the new hold to move/cast skill stuff, such as double casting
Balance Changes
- Party bonuses only apply for Even Share (exp and drops bonus are seperate). Removed party level restrictions
- Hare/CE/Sting cards now unique, only 1 copy applies.
- New HP formula, reducing impact of VIT but increasing base HP. The result is high VIT classes have around the same HP, but everyone else has a bit more HP. VIT also no longer scales flat HP bonuses.
- Monster MATK -33% / Monster ATK +33%
- (These changes aim to make incoming damage less spiky, especially for non-knight classes)
Paladin
- Big nerfs!! (sorry)
- But now you need to choose between DPS and Tanking
- Removed AGI scaling from Quicken, added 1% AGI scaling to all knight skills
- JB: 70% > 50%
- GC: 100% > 70%
- DP: 150% > 100%
- Consecration: 30% > 25%
- JB/GC/DP skill scalings changed to INT/STR from VIT/INT
- Sacrifice fixed to 9% HP, damage increases per level
Priest
- Bringing melee back down to normal levels, bringing caster up a bit
- Smite: 70% > 50%
- HL: 70% > 50%, removed cooldown
- Exo: 45% > 60%
- Sacred Aegis: Damage now goes through when breaking shield, instead of being fully blocked (the way it should work), Added 3s CD
- Reduced some skill requirements
- Mass Haste buff duration increased
Summoner
- Removed stat scalings from passives
- Summons now inherit all equip stats fully (50% > 100%)
Shinobi
- Removed stat scalings from passives (int in ninjustu mastery). Added INT/STR back to some Shinobi skills to compensate
